The only thing is cummulative volume is not that outstanding, so a before and after snapshot of registry would then immediatly identify a "large" seller.
An EMG will be at a $ cost, maybe wait until an update, BIS should debrief Executive shortly, maye time to digest and explore options then the Shareholders satisfactorily informed - if not then EMG.
