Hi Brickwalls, there have been 3 significant dates on the EMA calendar when TIS was on the agenda - 120 day questions, 180 day questions and 210 day decision. The outcome on each date was very price sensitive and there was a strong rally before each of the first 2 meeting dates. In the run-up to the latest meeting, which was probably the most important one, the share price was in a steady decline despite strong support for the recent capital raising. This decline accelerated in the days before the scheduled "Oral Examination" and, as I mentioned in my earlier post, some people would have known beforehand that this examination was going to lead to further delays in approval.

I'm rather sceptical about coincidences.
