Much value is currently hidden in the Dart Energy Assets. The upcoming listing on the International Assets on the Singaporean Stock Exchange is set to uncover much of this hidden value. Currently the international assets are valued at Zero - these are high quality assets on its way to Monetization in 2012 (some of which have offtake agreements in place).

As i understand from a source at UBS - Dart Energy will be listed on the SGX by the end of May with marketing of its prospectus about to commence imminently. Not quite sure how much the company has elaborated on this however in my opinion this looks like the next catalyst to really re rate the stock.

Currently Dart Energy is grossly undervalued with broking house valuations ranging from $0.70 - $1.20+ based on conservative models. It's current Market Capitalisation stands at circa $210m which includes approximately $90m-$95m cash - giving the Australian Assets an enterprise value of Circa $120m). Decision from the NSW Government in relation to commencement of drilling as i understand is due in the first week of May - All things look Rosy on this front ;)

If Dart lists 30% of its International Asset portfolio for base case $100m - this will give Dart Australia's International (70%) asset valuation of circa $250m in addition to its existing $120m value (excluding cash) = $370m absolute base case valuation providing a 60% upside potential in the very short term.

Furthermore Dart Energy Australia and International will be fully funded to carry out its projects to Monetisation stage/ no further Capital raisings will be required for the next few years at least.
