I think one key thing to note is that SGL is primarily owned by investment companies whereas several individuals own the majority of QGC. (Mostly Directors
of QGC and relations).
Will the investment companies just want the best for
the share price?
Therefore will they decide to go with QGC....????
Cannot really argue the capital raising thing as QGC has
done as much of that as SGL. QGC is all prospects and future earnings, is that a good thing or a bad thing?
QGC share price has been going up and up since this time last year. If they reach revenue levels they promise - then QGC with or without SGL is a good investment.
If the directors of QGC are pouring their own money
into QGC - how likely do you feel that revenue is?
IMHO - very likely.
