I also figured CBM production costs werent easy to find ... prob because Australian CBM companies are a good 5 yrs behind established companies in America. In fact, I have seen that some Australian companies capitalise their installation and well development costs, which I think gives a misleading picture of things.
I worry that Australian investors in asx listed CBM plays operating in Australia are really in Egypt (de Nile as in denial) ... I just dont think the margins are there based on the current low gas sale prices I have seen via various asx announcements.
