Can you assist in any way with my question re CBM production costs here in Australia? I have seen costs of US$2.70 to $2.90 per 1000cf for CBM produced in America which leaves healthy margins compared to sales prices of US$6.00 to $7.00 per 1000cf.
Profitability for Australian CBM worries me as it seems at least initial gas deals have been at sale prices of abt A$2.00! I am only interested in asx listed CBM plays operating in America and Europe and currently only hold EPG, having sold PGS yesterday.
