    Professional peolple do it every day; deal with undisputable facts. SGL on any metric applied to a professional company specialising in CBM is the superior and more valuable company.

    The SGL directors are acting extremely professional in seeking QGC to clarify its position; which as evidenced by an independent Takeover Panel decision has not at all been achieved for QGC shareholders let alone SGL shareholders.

    Are you suggesting the SGL shareholders should subsidise the poorer QGC shareholders?
