Financial reports are the results for the past 6 months or 12 months trading or both. They may or may not include any forward financial guidance. The reports in dispute are 2H 2015 and FY2015 released on August 28, 2015. IMO they should have been red flagged by the auditors and PP were negligent for not doing so.
