Yeah SGH rolled over ASAP to save the directors skins. Nobody thought taking on the (once) largest law firm in Australia would be easy. Some here thought SGH would swat MB like a fly but it didn't work out that way. MB is without doubt the largest and most experienced CA firm in Australia.
