I think you are wrong (but I've been wrong also).
I am sure that everyone agrees that the Native Title issue will be resolved and that's the reason why the share price didn't fall away to sub 50.
I think the share price rise from the relatively stable level of mid 70's, may relate to something further on the curve that people are not looking at. Possibly funding or maybe some or all of the ilmenite being signed up.
