Many thanks 2ic, such an overwhelmingly detailed summary, times two, was far beyond my anticipation.

I share the scepticism on a deal being done at, or even near, to the current SP - I got out some weeks ago after holing for many years - fortunately I sold at a modest profit, but cursing myself for not taking the >$1 that was available not long ago!

Taking another bite in the future is well on the cards for me - but it will definitely be post funding as I see a significant probability for large dilution, should it happen.

As you and many others say, they may yet; 'pull a rabbit', and I sincerely wish them, and all holders, well.

You have been very generous with your time to prepare these posts, outstanding analysis, and much easier to read than many professional brokers publications - which so often are biased anyway.
