Seismic surveys are expensive but the best exploration technique to explore for VHMS deposits at depth and are used in other countries.
SFR appears to be the only explorer in the Doolgoona Region using them atm. They initially had problems but overcame them as explained in their Presentation at the EAGE Conference held in Amsterdam back in 2014.

The density values of the massive sulphide orebodies were significantly higher compared to that of the surrounding rocks and the resulting images of the orebody shown in their presentation were of very high quality.

Could this mean that SFR may have more information about VHMS prospects/deposits/size/depth/etc, which may lie below and over the boundaries of their adjoining tenements than the adjoining tenement owners themselves?

This would be especially sensitive information in negotiating JV's.

If so is there an obligation to disclose any sensitive information to adjoining owners during negotiations?

Would the adjoining tenement holders in turn then have to disclose any sensitive information to their shareholders?

I would not want to sell shares and then find out later that sensitive information about a potential deposit had a material effect on their value when known at a later date.
