See I reckon there's more to this clean up of rni by the current bod that meets the eye. Even before wgx or mlx relinquished their PE rights Rni could not get a brass razoo from the markets, other than funds to tie it over.
Now I have no clue what lay beneath the public info but to my mind there are other plays. The current bod talk of these as legacy issues. Really?
So RNI was no hope unless the bod created the path, moving from an NL company to a Ltd company. I'd really love to know what has been at stake even prior to mlx purchase of fortnum.
The blatant rub in nose to me is that the announcement of interested parties of a credible nature want RNi or parts of it or a JV.
The agreements to the AGM resolutions and the chunderloo completion incl lifting of Pe rights the final trigger for this bod to give all clear to predators. BS IMHO.
