    My guess is HOR or TLM. HOR will need cash before 30 June to meet its Mining Rehabilitation Fund liabilities and develop a new exploration investment thesis. TLM are stuck in an unincorporated JV with SFR and the ego's and arm-wrestling have lead to a status quo truce. What better way to leverage your position than to deliver the missing tenement that is immediately next door to the Springfield JV. Plus SFR seem to be all to happy to drill out their other and weaker JV partners., ahead of yours. All a guess and IMHO.
