BBV, I have had a rethink about MF and HOR after reading that he has become a substantial holder, albeit because of just a $10,400 buy.

Obviously, when he first came in as an investor in early Nov last year it was because he could see merit in RNI's future. It was mooted at the time that an association between Horseshoe Metals and RNI might happen one day, but what?

He monopolises the shareholdings in HOR. He has overseen a period of nothingness there now for about 18 months after the sudden departure of CEO Neil Marsten (he had been there from the start too), but is the sleeping dog about to wake up? Some knowledgeable posters at HOR are speculating that the hound is stirring.

Something is coming to a head with RNI from an asset and/or corporate pov. Maybe HOR will be involved. However, I don't see it as a corporate raider, nor do I see Mr Fotios as a raider either.

A few times HQ at RNI has hinted at possibly having synergies with regional players. I am now of the belief that a synergy is close; and one between RNI, HOR and WGX. It's pure speculation on my part, but there are valid reasons for speculating that way imo.
