PCF was not involved with Fund X. That was Insitor! PCF did a CR or 2 and worked with RNI to get try to fund the gold plant. Most recently Darren was an Executive Director at PCF Capital leading the Mergers and Acquisition business....has advised clients on public company takeovers and schemes, private M&A transactions and corporate strategy ....

The lawyers: Our mergers and acquisitions practice forms a large part of the work that we do, and we have advised on numerous takeovers, schemes of arrangement and other transactions, small and large, in this area.

So, it looks pretty clear what this is about, or at least partly so anyway. There are 2 parties; one could be trying a t/o or merger; in fact both could, but one could be looking at something less too, but competing nevertheless.

Quite a few things have happened that may be relevant. : delay in the name change, a long time to record the holding date for the options, the dropped WGX right, the long delay in telling us that Chunderloo had been acquired, dressing up Chunderloo as something new when it wasn't, a delay in finalising the strategic review of the tenements and this from the QAR: RNI is taking the necessary steps to clean up the legacy issues associated with the tenement base so that the value of the assets can be enhanced.

Anyway, I am calm about it all; just have to wait it out and rely on the BoD to get max value for shareholders. The 3 members have decent shareholdings so they would want max for themselves.

SFR just has to be one of the players, but who is the other?
