    My fears are,
    a takeover ar s premium which does the LT holder no good.
    Jv/ farmouts. Farmins whatever you'd like to call them where both investment and exploration are on their own time.

    Asset sale well maybe ok but I'm not sure why the bod doesn't try and raise.

    The other piece that gets me is that one of the guys are ex PCF. We're these guys behind fund x?
