Yeah... except for when they're not. For example, last August I sold a small parcel at around 8c, and 18-ish months ago we hit around 12.5c. Also, for the years I've held, we've only rarely been under my average of 6.7c, and rest assured, I do keep an eye on that. But hey, who am I to insist that you should let reality get in the way of the false narrative you clearly love expounding?
