I had a look, and I don't think the Tassal deal is very useful to us benchmark for SFG - it's just not instructive as a benchmark. Basically they're buying the land with an existing operation, and then doing an PSD on it.
If anything, Tassal may have used my analysis of PSD to help inform their decisions moving forward
