I am interested if any other SFG forum members are seafood lovers
Although I have dined at Tetsuya's, my favorite seafood experience is the Aptus OysterBar in the South Melbourne Markets. You just order at the counter & then stand there at the bench & eat the most incredible variety of oysters & other seafood, with a great selection of lemon wedges, sauces, dressing & a copious quantity of serviettes. No booking a table, no waiting for table service, no inflated prices, not disappointment with quality
Our favorite down ramper reminds me of a sad, solitary figure standing at a seafood buffet, whinging & whining, "........but I don't like seafood"
