Ingot seems at the position to fully control ERG.
It might reasonable for it to keep ERG there. To get money back from Sydney project, it has to be on the court in the name of ERG.
1. ERG has put its huge capital into its big projects.
2. If ERG don't close the door and the projects could be finished, Ingot could get huge strategic benefit because its position there.
3. It should takeover ERG if the worst would pass by.
It seems a great play for Ingot if the turning point could be get.
