    As a SEVPC-only holder, I get no vote in the merger itself - so that much is out of my hands.

    If it does go ahead, I want to be holding TELYS4 (div stopper) instead of TELYS3 (no div stopper, 80 years to maturity). So pretty much have to vote yes on that.
