What every body forgets is this Company was originally forunded by Frank Cicuitti ( Excuse the spelling) who ran the NAB. Macquarie bank has just refinanced RNC.These two finanacial institutions are the few who understands this ttpe of Business. I find it incredibably stupid to make an offer without sounding out the financing side of the equation. The cashflow will be huge. The underlying value of the asset is solid, as long as they can not make the same mistake that RNC did with staffing etc this will get over the line. As I said before let it fall because I have been in a long time and will remian in.
