Totally agree that the deal is screwed in KS's favour....but that's the way it has been at SEV for yonks.


As I see it, Stokes is definitely the 900 pound gorilla here...but SEVPC holders have a right to get paid before he does...so I feel somewhat comforted.

Yep, do agree that KS has the chequebook and "creativity" is his forte, but essentially both businesses are solid.


I'm largely interested in the yield of SEVPC...don't own the ords and never would!
