Barney, DLS used to have assets all over the shop. BPT is just copying them. The end result is DLS is a better company.

BPT is clearly going to sell its Egyptian assets in the next few months. Romania has been mothballed, and all that's left is Tanzania, which WPL is J/V in. So they will most likely keep that.

I agree BPT should have focused at home. But too late now. Reg is gone, new guy can start afresh.

Lots of synergies with BPT/DLS. The main benefit for BPT will be increased cash flow from PEL 91 and be able to develop the very large as yet untapped wet gas assets DLS has.
