Caravel has agreed to provide FQM with a Right of First Refusal (“RFRA”) whereby if
the Company resolves in the future to sell the Calingiri Project, CVV will allow FQM a
right to match price and terms
Why would anybody risk wasting their money on due diligence on Calingiri, if this deal is in place. I think they have poisoned the value of their asset.
