    hi gozz,

hang in their matey. something WILL happen imo from wr's departure.

if not then what has to be done can be done.

fwiw, trf did get wrapped over the knuckles for fiddling trf options at the 25 cents level a few yrs back. to me, it's obvious the asx do not watch much, nor care about it much, otherwise they would have been on finchy's back with the very obvious ife manipulations. fwiw tho, i feel the fiddling of those options kept ife alive. had they failed, it would have been an earlier disaster than now. in fact, it might have been the beginning for a long wait to success. not that it helps much now.

i personally contacted the asx re the trf option fiddle and was advised by the asx promptly that action was taken. i did not have any options though at the time and was standing up for the small shareholder. my personal face to face experience of the asx and opinion of them is that they do not really give a damn. not for us small guys anyway.

sadly, i do not have a record of the email reply. it may be on my oz computer in store atm or on my old one which is only archived onto a cd. i have looked for it/or print out, but it's nowhere to be found ! too many moves i'm afraid.

i do believe finchy wants to pass over the running of ife into proper hands. that's my feel. sad wr didn't make it. however, as with most things it will all come out eventually what hapened, even tho they are supposed to have a pact not to tell.

just hang in. this is not quite like the general minnow not making it. it is a very different story imo.

ground dirt v cost economics v right leaders v china v europe v just about anything atm. india has put a big tax on indian iron ore exports which can help. so altho some say a slow down is around the corner, if it is, then the ozzy dollar will succumb and the iron ore price in AUD $ will benefit.

not such a disaster as long as finchy and co take the bull by the horns and get someone with a very strong character to take control of the daily running and profit outlook. gillard would suit lol.

let finchy do what he does best and it's certainly not being the front man. finchy has a lot to gain. he'll not run away imo.

    be good,

and don't worry re copperites, many will come to the fore if nec but as in life, most are nimby's. tis life.

    40.
