Hi KIWI.. ICBC? How did they get that name, it’s attempted name dropping at it’s best and I wonder what their VERSION of “ICBC” stands for?

Also – From what I can see it’s not a JV with Minbos, if that’s what Mining Weekly said, unless it’s changed since 30-Oct-2015

IGS’ director and AFP’s [African Phosphate] CEO Jason Brewer is buying, via AFP, MNB’s total share
[I think, from memory it’s 48%] in the Kanzi project for US$200k

Brewer’s spiel makes it sound like a major project?
    What a bargain!

    Minbos Resources 30-Oct-2015 announcement/media release

    “Disposal of Kanzi project-
The Company has entered into a binding Deed of Offer and Release (Agreement) with African Phosphate Pty Ltd (AFP) to dispose of its rights in the Kanzi project in the DRC. Under the terms of the Agreement, AFP will also acquire all the historical technical data and study reports for a total consideration of USD200,000.”

    “Complete disposal of Kanzi project-
The disposal of the Kanzi project will complete on receipt the USD 200,000 payment from AFP. The proceeds are overdue, however AFP has indicated that payment will be made imminently.”
    - At 30-Oct-2015
