Joint ventures are always at the risk of legal action,to the detriment of as you say "..well...look for oil?"
Given a decision is now due at the 03/03/15, those of us remaining SH'rs have not long to wait what ever the outcome.
That said,given news was expected from both the magistrates and District court over bopl's non payment of cash calls,and thus far no news has been received,are negotiations continuing?
I have no evidence to support this,but I'm speculating negotiations are continuing.
As that Chinese guy said," may we live in interesting times ".
