It is very difficult to believe those bids are intended to be fully filled. If you're trying to accumulate for as low as price as possible you're hardly going to pump up the bid side - it's counterintuitive. Those bids have been pulled at the moment anyway.
A takeover? I think that's a bit hard to support. Apart from anything there has been no buying as evidenced by decreasing daily volume.
