SER & Ionic are separate companies, with SER owning about 85m shares in Ionic.

The CLQ JV has nothing to do with SER - thus no obligation on SER to do anything.
No doubt SER will update same in their quarterly though.
Next year Ionic should start to see some revenue from the JV which will add value to the SER investment in Ionic
