The additional tech product is another arrow in the water treatment quiver for the new JV company IMO.

Hi Raider - CLQ only forecast $613,000 spend for Q4 on R&D - and this includes all of biz.
The 25% that Ionic have to stump up with will not be much @ all for Q4
Perhaps a larger spend in Q1 2019 once the JV established and gearing up for Commercial sales.

The JV may have to pay Ionic [and Monash Uni] for the sub license though
