and be aware that while the clock is ticking on new developments the next cred raising can't be far off. Impossible to raise money from shareholders with the SP at this level so it's either instos or a loan. I think a loan is likely as instos will be wary. The loan interest rate for SER spin-off VXL was 20% plus huge establishment fee.
