I may be a bit naive on this merger but I am surprised about the facts about it. Cleanteq advised Ionic it would not consider a merger unless tests conducted over the last few months were deemed satisfactory. Obvious they were. The market in Membrane technology expected to grow from $5.1 to $8.2 billion in five years. Motley fool has recommended Cleanteq a buy, based on this merger alone. Bloomberg American site has even reported this merger news on they website. I had almost giving up hope on this Share, but now I see a little ray of sunshine.
