With 1.5B shares they would have to buy 15M to get 1%. If half of the daily volume would be bought by the "interested party" it would take them 2 to 3 weeks to get to1%. And 10 to 15 weeks to get to a meaningfull 5%.
At what % are they allowed/required to reveal themselves?
