    I don't get offended regarding posting an opinion.

    You mentioned on a number of threads that whilst the long term valuation might be between $1 - $2 per share, but that you will aim to reduce around the 50 cents to 75 cents. Of course if that price was to occur you may argue that won't happen for more than 3 years. My view is that the share price is only being held back by the financing risk, and that if/when the finance path is laid out then the share will reflect that removed finance risk - and likely leap ahead at an accelerated rate.

    Under that scenario you worrying about having to exercise options etc is not relevant. At the end of the day SFGO is just another security, freely available for trading just as you will be doing at 50 cents to 75 cents on the shares. The argument re it being a "debt" is misguided in my view. But you hit it on the head - each to their own.

    I hold both shares and options, in similar amounts, and I've been buying options today!
