Sfg is a speculative stock - there is no “business” to take over yet. It will remain speculative for probably 2-5 years until prawns start flowing en-mass and all of PSD is built out, at which point it will become a dividend darling - assuming everything goes right.

What you’re seeing is institutions coming in on a spec stock - it’s still only a few hundred k per day - and if they believe (as I do) that we might have a 10 bagger in the pot, it could be worth a few speculative bets.

But it’s a risk - which is why in the context of my portfolio it’s a hold and not a buy. My plan is to find the next sfg and acquire it.
