Unfortunately the majority of the time you can ignore the depth. Can easily be manipulated.
But SP still lingering makes me think that most people will wait for the financial close announcement of Stage 2. I still believe they will ask the market for a small percentage of the project costs but hopefully at attractive terms to existing shareholders perhaps as a Thank You for sticking with the company.
Unfortunately the majority of the time you can ignore the depth....
