I heard today that the GM of Dairy (Daniel Raschella) left Beston on 30 June for contract work. This seems a bit unusual to me as Beston talk up their Dairy division - why would the head of the Division leave particularly for a contract role.
When you put this together with their CTO leaving last December (despite their website still showing him Al Jawhari has left - check his LinkedIn profile https://www.linkedin.com/pub/dir/al/jawhari?trk=uno-reg-guest-home-name-search) does it give the stability the company needs? I have heard that they've turned over their CFO a few times as well - poor recruiting or a poor environment?
