To give them credit they had all good intention but not the plan or ability to back it up...They knew it would take much longer and was far more high risk than they let on...They learned as they went..Recently speaking with some indonesian nationals around when the wheeling and dealing was going on 8 years back had remarked these guys were idiots and out of their depth...I got onboard thinking the Elliot and co were Asian savy....They are not...Elliots sybiotic relation through slipform is also of concern giving him a way of salvaging something if it collapses while the rest us sink without a trace..To say these guys have contempt for the retail holder is an under statement.
