According to this article, the Sengkang power plant is now at full capacity (ie. 3x45MW = 135MW (ie. the original power station capacity in2008/09) plus 3x60MW =180MW (additional turbines since then, including the steam turbine) giving it a capacity of 315MW.
Hopefully we will get an ASX announcement from EWC shortly.
In any case, my understanding is that a good part of the workforce putting together the steam turbine, has already been employed to put the lng plant together. Once the steam turbine is commercially operating, more labour power can be deployed to advance the construction of the modular lng plant.
