I don't think pr will do it this stage , I think the market will want to see the cash in the bank. Unfortunately.
For mine all the delays can be put down to the games being played about the final price of the gas.
I mean had a price been put in writing first instead of these protracted negotiations then finance would of been forth coming and this project would already be online Imo.
