When you receive your AGM announcement in the mail, it will contain a "proxy form". On this form is a "Vote Online" box. First you go to the www.securitytransfer.com.au website, then log on using your holding details (HIN or ISN) then click on "proxy voting" which is down the side, enter your online proxy ID, which is a number boxed within the "Vote Online" box .... up will come the motions as shown on the proxy form --- mark your chosen box, submit, all done .... no signatures required, no post, no forget.
