This has an interesting effect on 2015. It cuts 255t p/a from the target and puts out the project by several years if it happens. It also means that by 2016 some 716,000t of supply will disappear. I think we might also see 2-3 other projects delayed well beyond 2015. E.g Ozenoye & Citronen, which would exacerbate shortfalls in 2014/2015.
