I have recently taken a position again in AIV,with it's current MC only $4.1M and EV $3.2M I think it's well worth a punt when you compare it to it's neighbour IVA which has a current MC of $1077M and EV of about $940M.
The first collage gives you an idea of AIV's holdings in relation to IVA's ground and in particular the position of Selwyn East.Notice also the same granite's(dotted pink line)which host IVA's Mt Elliot ,Mt Dore,Swan and Merlin deposits are also present on AIV's Selwyn East ground.

The second collage gives you and idea of the close proximity of AIV's Selwyn East lease to Merlin and Mt Dore.It also shows that AIV's ground is traversed by a splay of the main fault which hosts the majority of IVA's deposits.
IMO it is likely that AIV's Selwyn east ground may host similar deposits to those of IVA which sit along that fault line.I think AIV is currently beaten down ,oversold and particularly undervalued!If you consider the recent re rating of MAR ,another Cloncurry junior,and it's tiny area of ground ,AIV represents to my way of thinking, good value
