Selling the business?

What if CCE sells the business? What are your views on this?

CCE is cheap and the buyer could get;
- the R&D,
- client list,
- capabilities in a specific market although smaller and specialised,
- the brand,
- partnership with top-tier companies (may not be available after an M&A)
- undraw grant (may not be available after an M&A)

Could be a good deal for both the business and shareholders and I am saying this because I think CCE needs help. Great business but realistically it is an uphill battle for them.
