yes-i am surprised at gmg,dxs,iof and there are probably lots of other reits that have run ,however medium to long term as the usa unravels its financial issues and confidence returns,afterall they are officially out of recession,as values are restored and mof exit the usa portfolio representing 54% of asset base pay down debt, well i expect they will be in such great shape they will look at a selective aust buying ,thats when we will probably acheive enormous value,so be patient,i a have traded so little am thinking of converting as an investor,meanwhile back at the ranch the dividend growth over time say 5-10 years will be enormous at current prices giving plenty of income to buy other stocks ,at present given the risk i see no compelling reason to trade which is really boring but prevents compulsive behaviour
