I think people are expecting the rug to be pulled away - no forestry permit or lost access to the site again or something. Even if they get the machinery moving, build an airstrip and start building the alluvial plant I think the consensus is that something will happen to stuff it all up.
I am a little more optimistic though but understand that this is an extremely corrupt area in an extremely corrupt country. 'Anything' can happen at 'any' time.
