Options like, selling a naked put. Can be a low risk good yielding trade.
Assuming you have the cash sitting in an account that can buy the Stock if you get assigned on the Naked Put.
It is in fact a fixed income contract, Options that you sell like Puts and calls.
Usually youd sell a Naked put with the cash to cover. buy stock if assigned
Selling a Call is usually done on Stock you hold or have bought.
But selling either of these options to the market is a fixed income contract.
