re: sandybeaches Look I totally agree there mate.
There's NO doubt there seems to be too many directors at the helm running the show for such a small company, especially now that subsequently there is only the Hotel Entertainment Division which most of the business is currently derived in Nth America anyway.
HOWEVER, from what I hear there at the AGM this exact issue was brought up by shareholders and apparantly Dykes and Co promised to revue the current remuneration package to directors and perhaps alter it to one managed against set targets. I wouldn't hold my breath on that one happening though LOL.
Overall SB, ETC IS heading in the right direction fundamentally and which ever way one looks at it there is NO doubt that this little pup runs hard every now and then so sooner or later she'll be much higher than 1c. I'm the first to admit though that it's a spec buy and risks are involved.
